Finally I took this new year resolution to stay fit and was successful in completing my first week at gym.

Regarding your earlier post about "waster paper" which you realize as not really to be "waste", at a later date:
I'm in the same boat, very disorganized with paper and document management. I can seldom find a document when I actually need it dearly.
